Can I return a product I bought from you?
Yes, you can return items to us under the following conditions:
It is unopened
It is damaged*
It is unopened but the wrong item
Even if it is the same item you ordered, but you changed your mind once it was delivered
How do I return it?
The first thing to do is to email us at returns@gstewarthoopscompanies.com
Returns will not be accepted without prior email.
If you claim damage, take a photo of the damage and attach to the email.
We will replace it with the same image.
If a image is out of print, you have two choices:
Choose another print of the same value
Ask for a refund
Where do I return it?
If you bought it from this website or directly from us at an event, once you email us we will send you the return address.
If you purchased from a retail store, you have to follow their return policy and not ours.
Who pays the return shipping?
If the error is ours, then will.
If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for returns.
* Damaged does refers to:
Your dog chewing on the print
You damaging (creasing, folding, tearing, etc.) the print
Your child coloring on the print
